as the VIP members would?
We, Caribbean VIP World, are a group of Platinum members
at the resort, Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. In our
exclusive membership contract, we can offer any of our
guests the same benefits as we have at the resort. By
booking your vacation through us, you will be our special
guests, you will therefor be able to enjoy the full benefits
as a Platinum VIP member would at the resort.
- What is Platinum VIP?
Platinum VIP is one of the highest level of ownership
that the resort offers. Platinum VIP members and guests
will have access to all the VIP areas, Gourmet Restaurants,
V.I.P. World, ETC... You will be staying as our guest
and receive the same Excellent Service and Benefits that
a full Platinum member also receive when staying at the
resort.
- How Much does the Platinum membership
cost if I want to become a member?
We are not allowed to tell you, but you can ask while
you are in the resort. However, you can always be our
guest whenever you want to enjoy the FULL benefits of
being a member just at a fraction of the membership costs!
- Since I only pay such a cheap
rate, do I have to go through a timeshare sale presentation?
No, you don’t unless you really want to. We are
already the owners of this very expensive exclusive timeshare...we
have paid our dues! You are our guets and will have the
same benefits and prvillages as we have at the resort.
- If I stay in a Crown Villa is
the pool really private?
Yes, each villa has its private pool and the pool is exclusively
for you.
- What is the price for the sit
down restaurants or drinks at the bar in the resort?
There is no additional fee for the sit down restaurants
(VIP Gourmet, Etc...) or any drinks at the bar in the
resort. They are UNLIMITED! These are all included with
your “All-Inclusive” package.
- What is “All-Inclusive”
and how much does it cost?
The resort offers “All-Inclusive” package
to all the VIP members and their guests unlimited foods,
unlimited drinks and usage’s of dedicated resort
facilities.
- Junior Suites, 1 bedroom suites, 2 bedroom suites,
Penthouse suites: US$40.00 per person per day
- Crown Villa: US$47.50 per person per day
- Children: 50% off adult rate per child per day
- Babies under 3 years old is free of charge.
- Are there any other Fees?
There are no hidden fees with the resort.
- Can I get a Villa on the beach?
We can request a Villa on the beach for you. As Platinum
owners, our requests take priority. But we can not guarantee
you a Villa on the beach as the resort will not guarantee
anyone for it. The beach front villas are in short supply.
- If I book the Villa and I only
have 2 people travelling will I have to share my Villa?
NO the Villa is yours and yours only, only you and your
travelling guests will be in the Villa.
- Is the $1190.00 per week fee
per person?
NO that fee is for a 3 bedroom Villa. Your price is the
same if you have 1 or 6 people staying in the Villa. You
pay this fee to us, Caribbean VIP World, to have the villa.
And you will pay additional $47.50/day/adult directly
to the resort for the “all-inclusive” unlimited
foods, drinks and resort facilities.
- Is there Internet service available
in the Villa / Resort?
Some Villas have Internet access however most don't. Internet
access is available in the VIP reservation area free and
free high speed wireless is available to you in VIP World.
- How close is the Beach from
the resort?
The resort is located on the Cofresi beach. All non motorized
water sports are included in your stay also free of charge.
- Are there any laundry facilities
within the Villa?
No there are not any located within your villa, however
the resort does offer laundry service and there are laundry
facilities located within the resort.
- Does the Villa have a Safe
for my valuables?
Yes each villa has a safe that you can rent from the VIP
Check-In desk. Cost is $20.00 per week.
- I have a small pet that I usually
travel with, are pets welcome?
Sorry there are no animals allowed, except for those assisting
people with special needs.
- Does the resort offer child
care?
Yes the resort does offer child care and this can be arranged
at any time while at the resort.
- Do I need to bring any type
of Power Adapter to the resort when I travel there?
The resort uses the same power receptacles found in the
U.S.
- Is there any refund policy?
Your money will be refundable minus the following
cancellation fees:
Please note that different cancellation policies
may apply during specific periods of time.
During the Low Season months (May, June, September,
October), cancellation policy is: 3 days prior
to arrival after which the Service Fee of one night
will be charged.
During the High Season months (January, March,
April, July, August, November), cancellation
policy is: 4 days prior to arrival after which the Service
Fee of one night will be charged.
During the Peak Season months (December, February),
cancellation policy is: 6 days prior to arrival after
which the Service Fee of two nights will be charged.
There is no refund for no shows or early departures.
- Do I need to exchange any U.S.
Dollars for Dominican Pesos?
No, The resort as well as all vendors that we have found
take American Currency.
- Do I need a visa?
There is no visa requirements for anyone from any country
who only stays in Dominic Republic for less than 30 days.
You will just need to pay an entrance fee of $10 cash
to the Dominic Republic government upon arrival at the
airport . This is your fee for the “visa”.
- What airports should I fly
into / How long is the ride to the resort?
You will only want to fly into Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago
(STI) as these are the ONLY 2 airports that the resort
offers pick-up from. Puerto Plata is about 1/2 Hour from
the resort and Santiago is approximately 1 and 1/2 hours
from the resort.
- I am flying into Santo Domingo
(SDQ) how will I get to the resort and how long is the
ride?
Santo Domingo is about 3 1/2+ hours from the resort via
taxi service.
- How do I arrange for airport
pick-up upon my arrival into the resort?
You don't, airport pick-up is a service that is provided
for you when you book your dream vacation. The resort
will send a VIP van to the airport to pick you up. A gracious
host will hold your name banner waiting for you by the
exit door at the airport when you arrive. It is under
“V.I.P. World”, you can not miss it!
- What are the fees for airport
transportation?
-Airport pick-up from Puerto Plata is FREE
-Airport pick-up from Santiago is $75.00 per van (6 persons
+ Luggage)

- How long does the reservation
process take?
We will have a confirmation number for you between 2 to
4 days.
- Whom should I ask if I need
any help or requests when I am at the resort?
You will simply pick up the house phone or visit in person
at the gracious VIP customer service desk. You will be
treated as true V.I.P. all the way! Enjoy your vacation
